All American Dogs Shelter

Growing with the welfare of the animals in our care in mind, we are happy to share we are renovating the shelter to include larger kennel spaces, as well as a training space for dogs preparing for their forever homes. We were able to complete our play-yard renovation and are happy to add that the dogs definitely seem to approve! Below we have shared some of the features we are proud of when it comes to not just our facility or property but organization as a whole.

• 40 outdoor play areas, because when you have this many pets in need, they need somewhere to blow off steam.

• Certified rabies quarantine facility, helping us maintain a safety and strong sanitization standard.

• 18,000+ Facebook followers, allowing us to connect and engage with the community to help find pets their owners, be them from being lost, or adopted!

• 3 State Certified Code Enforcement Officers, which we are very proud of.

• Overall facility is 12+ acres, allowing us to help with livestock animals not just common house pets or wildlife, which here in Texas, is kept in use.

• 6 State Certified Animal Control Officers helping support the community and the animals residing within.

• Foster Programs that are focused on preparing the pets for well-matched adoptive homes.

• Weekly off-site adoption events per month (weather permitting) which helps the community and the pets in our care get connected!
