More on All American Dogs "private animal control"
Updated: Oct 6
We have been steadily building and improving our facility since 2006. The Facility sits on 12+ Acres, so we have lots of room to grow as the communities we support grow.
Thankfully, due to a tremendous amount of work by our staff, we are able to reach out to other public shelters and animal rescues to transfer their animals into our facility to get them adopted.
This being said: I, Bob Matthews, owner, will not expand our facility if it will have a negative impact on the animals under our care.
We are truly very fortunate to have an incredible group of both employees and volunteer staff who are passionate about caring for all the animals that come under our care. Over the years with their help, we have achieved:
24/7 Emergency response
Experienced team members
19 years of consistent operation
Family ownership and operators
Unlike most shelters All American Dogs places our emphasis on the following:
Never leaving the animals alone, maintaining a supervisor on-site 24/7
Keeping doors to the public open 7 days a week through appointments
Off-site adoption events, this is a critical role that Miles of Hope plays at the facility, to help find the animals in our care new forever families
